For custom corporate accounts, ABUKAI can customize the expense report format based on the customers’ specific needs and adopt the format to any language or format as needed. The actual application is still displayed in English, but users will receive localized reports to more easily conform and integrate into existing expense management processes.
ABUKAI Expenses utilizes an extremely simple two-step process that begins with users taking pictures of their expense receipts while on the road or in their offices. Once images of all the receipts that are to be included in the expense report have been captured, the user only needs to press “Submit” on the application and ABUKAI Expenses automatically completes the expense report. The completed report along with copies of the receipt images combined in one PDF document are then delivered to the users email address. ABUKAI Expenses is compatible with the most commonly available iPhone, Android or BlackBerry devices.
